It’s super easy to send digital Town & City Gift Cards to your staff, clients and customers using our corporate ordering site. Here’s how to do it.
How to order digital Town & City Gift Cards
1. On corporate.townandcitygiftcards.com, click on the pink ‘create new order’ button at the top of the page
2. In the Town & City Gift Card field, select your chosen Town & City Gift Card
3. Select your chosen values/quantities, choose ‘e-card’ and click ‘add to cart’, then ‘continue’
4. If ordering for the first time, add your company’s details and click ‘register’
5. On the delivery screen, click to say you understand how e-card delivery works then ‘continue’
6. On the payment screen, choose to pay by invoice or card
7. Once payment is complete, click on ‘add recipients and schedule distribution’
8. Either add a list of recipients using the CSV template or upload recipient details manually
9. When your order is ready to send (keep an eye out for an email from Town & City Gift Cards), choose to ‘send cards now’ or ‘schedule delivery’ to send on your chosen day/time.
10. Recipients receive an email from Town & City Gift Cards on your chosen day/time, letting them know they’ve received a Town & City Gift Card with a unique activation code
11. Each recipient downloads the Love Local app from the app store on their phone, clicks ‘activate a gift card’ and adds the activation code from their email. This will add their digital Town & City Gift Card to their digital wallet
12. They get ready to spend their digital Town & City Gift Card with the big brands they know and the local businesses they love.
