If you haven’t ordered with us before, the first thing to do is set up your account. This makes it really easy to keep track of your orders. If you already have an account, log in and you’re ready to go!
For the first time in 2024, you can choose to reward your staff with digital Town & City Gift Cards (where available) that are delivered straight to their email, which is super handy if you have lots of staff to reward or if your team is spread out. If you want physical Gift Cards to hand out yourself, that option is still there.
Which Gift Card would your team like to receive? With Town & City Gift Cards right across the UK (and Ireland), pick the cards that best suit where your team lives (or where they want to explore!), and pay (by credit card or invoice). You can include different Gift Cards and values in one order but it’s not possible to mix digital and physical Gift Cards in one order.
If you’ve chosen digital e-cards, there’s a handy feature that means you can upload your team’s email addresses in one file. You can even choose what date and time you’d like your digital e-cards to land in their inbox, ideal when you want to time their Christmas reward arrival to the minute! If you’ve opted for physical Gift Cards, simply choose the delivery option that best suits you.
For digital e-cards, your team will receive an email with an activation code and instructions to download the Love Local app and add the Gift Card to their digital wallet. If you’ve picked physical Gift Cards, simply let us know when they arrive (they’re locked for security) and we’ll unlock them ready to gift. Either way, you’ll be gifting unbeatable local choice.
